Since the online provider services allow access to sensitive personal health information of our members, wellbe.me tracks and records all user activity related to this portion of the Web site, as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), including, but not limited to, the date, time, IP address, tax ID number, and username of each visit.
